He is regularly conducting proceedings before district and higher regional courts, and takes fundamental cases to the federal court where he closely cooperates with the respective admitted attorneys.

Vita
David Ziegelmayer has studied in Trier, Germany, and Lyon, France. He started in 2005 as a partner in a boutique law firm for copyright and competition law. In 2008 he joint a leading international law firm where he worked until 2017 in the IP/IT department, recently as a Counsel.
He speaks German, English and French.
Publications, speeches
David Ziegelmayer is co-author of a legal forms handbook for competition law litigation. He speaks regularly on conferences and seminars on matters such as know how protection or legal issues of social media. David Ziegelmayer is a lecturer on know-how-protection in the course of construction law studies at the Philipps-University in Marburg.
